Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients as the initial point of contact both in-person and over the phone.
  • Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately while maintaining a professional and articulate phone presence.
  • Support various clinic operations by performing tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
  • Assist in maintaining organized filing systems ensuring alphabetical and numerical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Experienced with multi-line phone systems or switchboards; quick learners are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of filing systems.
